How fast is your shipping?
Domestic: 5-7 business days after payment has been confirmed. No shipping on weekends/holidays.
For rush orders, local pick-up either drive-through or via Grab Express may be arranged.
International: Catalan ships worldwide via DHL. Ship times are approximately 10-15 business days but can vary based on delivery country. All duties and taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt. Packages can be tracked here.
Who are your delivery partners?
Catalan delivers via multiple delivery partners including but not limited to:
- Fifth Express
- Gogo Express
- Grab Express
- LBC
How much is the shipping fee?
Greater Manila (1-2 items only) — P99
Greater Manila (3 or more) — P119
Nationwide Lite (1-2 items only) — P189
Nationwide Standard (3 or more) — P210
For local pick-up via Grab Express, delivery rate may vary.
Worldwide Shipping starts at USD5 (Rates vary per country and fluctuating exchange rate. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.)
Shipping rates are divided into 3 weight categories:
- Lite (up to 250g or 1-2 items)
- Standard (251-500g or 2-4 items)
- Bulk (501g and up)
PHP999/USD20 apply for orders USD100 and above. (Exact amount may vary depending on currency conversion.)

What is your online return policy?
Update: We don't accept returns at the moment for hygiene reasons. Please check our size guide for your reference. You may also reach us via our social media channels or e-mail us at catalanthelabel@gmail.com before placing an order.
May I return sale items?
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. Feel free to reach out to us before placing an order.
Where are your pieces manufactured?
All Catalan pieces are proudly designed and made in the Philippines.
