Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any item from Catalan, you agree to the following:

1. Customer has read all the product details and viewed all product photos.

2. Catalan has the right to refuse service to any customer whom did not comply with its reasonable requests.

3. Return/exchange due to wrong size or change of mind is prohibited.

4. In the occasion of a return and/or exchange, no cash refund will be granted. Partial store credit will be offered instead. Final store credit amount will be computed after card charges and PayPal fees. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

5. Each day that the item is with the buyer prior to return/exchange, a fair amount will be deducted. This is to avoid buyers whom intend to return only after using.

6. Shipping for returns/exchanges will initially be shouldered by customer but will be added to store credit amount afterwards.

7. Once package has been picked up for delivery, Catalan no longer has responsibility over the item/s. It is the obligation of buyer to follow-up and coordinate with the courier re: shipment delays, schedule, etc.

8. All duties and taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt.

9. Catalan is not responsible for lost parcel/delivery.

10. All sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. 

11. For swimwear and intimate pieces, returns/exchanges are strictly prohibited for hygiene purposes.

12. Our production department requires ample amount of time to finish made to measure/custom fit orders. Catalan has the right to decline any rush order if expected delivery date may be too soon.

13. Additional charges may apply for custom fit and made to measure orders. Final pricing may differ than published rates, depending on complexity and/or final output.
